Overview Of The
Training Program

Training is done through a combination of live sessions via zoom, self-guided courses and real-time conversations with mentors. You'll spend 10-15 hrs per week going through the class content with additional project work.

This stage is your orientation. You’ll meet your cohort mates, learn about Agile Fundamentals with industry experts in live classes, get to know more about the roles of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Business Analysts, and complete pre-recorded lessons that will set you up for success.

process

Beyond fundamentals, it is now time to focus on facilitation and building psychological safety on teams. You will dive head first into what it really means to be a true leader, learn how to navigate communication barriers on teams, and put your facilitation skills to the test. You’ll also prep for and take your PSM 1 or PSPO 1 exams.

upskill

Adding to your toolbox, you’ll learn more about product development. It’s now also time to put what you’ve learned into practice. You will be divided into teams to work on an actual product in a simulated environment for your Capstone Project. From requirements gathering to the retrospective of your first sprint, you’ll put the skills and theories you’ve learned to practice.

As you wrap up the last four weeks of your Capstone Project, you’ll start working on branding your resume and LinkedIn. You’ll also join live mock interview sessions with mentors that will help you refine your interview skills that you need to land the role..
